Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Claypool Hill was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, providing a comfortable environment for us to rest.The highlight of our stay was definitely the complimentary Express Start hot breakfast bar, offering a variety of options to kickstart our day. The breakfast area was well-maintained and the food was delicious, a great way to fuel up before exploring the surrounding area.While the beds were indeed very comfortable, we did notice some maintenance issues in the building that could use attention, such as cracks around the baseboards in our room. However, this did not significantly affect our stay.The indoor pool and whirlpool were a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day of activities. The hotel's proximity to attractions like the Historic Crab Orchard Museum and Burke's Garden made it convenient for us to explore the area.In conclusion, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Claypool Hill provided us with a clean and comfortable stay, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast to start our day right.
